Dr. Arthur Reingold was elected president of the Society for Epidemiologic Research (SER), an appointment that was announced at the society’s 41st annual meeting in Chicago, IL. Dr. Reingold is the head of the division of epidemiology at the University of California at Berkeley’s School of Public Health, and also currently serves as the associate dean of research. Dr. Reingold will begin his one-year term as president in 2009.
